New demineralization system
Demin30 is a mixed-bed and ion-exchange resin demineralization system that allows for complete water demineralization. Easy to install on various autoclave models, it is essential for ensuring optimal performance and protecting sterilized instruments, extending the life of sterilizers or other reprocessing devices. The filter can be positioned on the worktop or inside the sterilization cabinet. Demin30 can also supply demineralized water to a second autoclave.
Demin30 filters up to 580 liters* of water with a single cartridge, ensuring excellent purification. Automatic water loading and draining ensure efficiency, convenience, and time savings.

Modular system for feeding one or two autoclaves, also available in a version compliant with the EN1717 standard for water return. Installation is adaptable to various autoclave models.
Cartridge replacement is quick and requires no tools. The cartridge should be replaced when the water conductivity exceeds 15 μS/cm. iClave automatically signals when this value is reached, warning you that it's time to replace the filter.

Kit supplied with direct connection system on the back of the autoclave thanks to the supplied water loading tube (Ø 1/4”) and the solenoid valve (24 VDC and 0.5 A).

COMPLIANCE
The kit supplied with top water loading system complies with the EN1717 standard: “Protection against pollution of drinking water in plumbing systems and general requirements for devices to prevent pollution by backflow”.
HOW TO INSTALL:
The filter must be supplied only with potable water with an inlet pressure between 2 and 3 bar.
Automatic water drainage is possible using the supplied hose. The solenoid valve included in the kits must be connected directly to the autoclave and does not require an external power supply. We recommend using Demin30 only with water with a conductivity <600μS/cm.
The 2nd autoclave kit can be used both to connect a second autoclave to Demin30 and to allow automatic loading of an autoclave in the presence of a centralized demineralization or osmosis system within the clinic.
